When you own a dog, there is really never a shortage of fun. Whether you enjoy hiking, swimming, sledding, or skating, a dog always seems to share your enthusiasm and you can have lots of fun together. Occasionally, even a simple game of catch-me-if-you-can can be a lot of fun to play with your canine companion – which is what a man and his dog were doing in this video we have today.
We are all aware that dogs are around three times as fast as humans when it comes to running. With this information in mind, the man in the video placed a $100 wager on whoever is able to catch his dog. The outcome? Obviously, you already know what happened next.
While on a walk with his dog, he and his companion happened upon a bunch of skateboarders in a skate park. The man is confident in his small dog’s ability to run, so he offered $100 to anyone who can catch the furry pet. Given that it could be the simplest $100 of his life, one of the skateboarders accepted the wager.
Upon receiving the start signal, the dog sprinted off as the skateboarder followed closely after it. He nearly caught up to the animal, but the dog’s strong legs worked twice as hard and he sped further away from his pursuer. The dog’s efforts to outpace his opponent were very entertaining to watch. You could see just how much effort the skateboarder put into chasing the dog but the dog seemed to be doing it just for the fun of it.
The skateboarder finally conceded defeat, allowing the dog to win the game. The dog’s owner recorded the entire thing on video and was ecstatic that his pet had won. Aside from that, he also saved $100, all thanks to his canine companion.
