When you see someone stretch a hand out to you, how would you respond? For these two French Bulldogs named Griffin and Haru, the gesture meant an invitation to come closer.
So they did – Griffin placed a paw on his mom’s outstretched hand, while Haru took her time in responding. She wanted to know what the results of her brother’s actions were.
If it’s a negative one, she would be able to rescue him. If not, then she can join in on the fun. We say this Frenchie’s wise, and fortunately, her brother’s response was met with warm paw rubs.
Haru didn’t waste time any further and placed her head on her mom’s hand. That earned her some heavenly head rubs, and it felt great. The look of bliss right on her face is unmistakable.
Both Frenchies enjoyed the unexpected warm moment – they live for this stuff, and they wouldn’t mind doing this all day! Mom chuckled at her furry babies, their smooshed-up faces looking all comfy and at peace with their surroundings.
This dog mom then went on to give each of her pups some good ear scratches. What dog wouldn’t love relaxing and free head rubs? Their behavior says they’ve done this little ritual before, and we’re all for it.
