If you love doggos, then you already know that they are the most loyal companions you could ever have. Some claim that our pups are even more trustworthy than some humans. However, despite all the accolades that we grant them, they can be mischievous especially when it comes to food.
Our dogs’ love affair with table food is one of the strongest, and it’s somehow disappointing how our pups disobey us, just to get a little snack. Most dog parents have accepted that this is just part of their nature, so we’ll just have to live with it. Disappointing as it may be, it doesn’t mean that we can’t have fun with it along the way.
Back in 2019, a video of a pooch and his dog dad went viral on Youtube. The clip has over three million hits on the platform, and it’s still counting. If you check out the video at the bottom of this article, you will understand why. As we’ve mentioned, doggos are just crazy about food, especially human food.
So this hungry pupper, who was probably trained not to beg for food had to settle for enjoying the meal only with his eyes. As it turned out, staring at the food is also not allowed, but this clever canine found a funny solution to his problem, and he thought that he got away with it.
The video shows the dog dad and his fur baby sitting on a couch and they were probably watching TV. The dog dad had a sumptuous snack on his lap, but the pup wasn’t allowed to look at it, let alone beg for a bite. So the pupper just stared at the yummy spread that was before him.
But every time his human looked at him, the doggo looked away. They did this cycle several times, and it gets more hilarious the longer you watch as the pooch became more and more exaggerated with his reactions! We hope that this doggo got a bite after the video as he deserved it.
