As dog owners, we know that we share a special bond with our pets. Although it’s inexplicable, a dog and its owner can understand each other even if they don’t speak the same language. We all know that dogs can detect human emotions and act accordingly, but humans can also pick up on what their dog needs by just pure gut feeling.
A German Shepherd named Buddy is one smart dog. Buddy’s owner, Mike, feels that his beloved dog knows exactly what he’s saying. Mike also claims to know what Buddy needs. They both share a bond that makes them understand each other. It can’t be explained unless you’re also a dog owner.
Whenever Mike asks Buddy to bring him a ball, Buddy quickly understands what Mike wants and grabs a ball and gives it to his dad. Mike would even talk to Buddy like he would with another human and Buddy would be able to pick up what he meant. In the video below, Mike tells Buddy that they would be going out to the store and if he’s a good boy and doesn’t cry or whine, he would get ice cream from Dairy Queen.
Buddy understood every word and got really excited. Of course, Buddy was a really good boy when they went out and earned his ice cream. Buddy even knows where they’re going whenever he’s in the car with his dad. He knows the road to where Dairy Queen is and gets all excited when they head that way.
When Mike’s mom got sick, Buddy was so worried and comforted her when he went for a visit. It’s truly amazing how smart Buddy is and Mike just loves him like he’s one of his sons. Mike and Buddy do everything together. They’re the perfect example of how people should treat their pet dogs.
